Training internship in the contact and drop-in center

PERSPEKTIVE Region Solothurn-Grenchen is responsible for outpatient addiction assistance in the municipalities of the districts of Solothurn, Lebern, Bucheggberg and Wasseramt, and covers the areas of counseling and prevention, work and living, street kitchen and contact and drop-in center as well as school social work. We offer students of the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW the opportunity for a training internship in the contact and drop-in center ## as of 1. February 2027 for a duration of at least six months. The training concept is posted on the FHNW practice platform. The contact and drop-in center is aimed at people with a chronic substance addiction and aims to reduce the physical and psychosocial consequences of an addiction. The services of this low-threshold facility include: consumption rooms, in which brought substances can be consumed intravenously and inhaled under supervision, low-threshold counseling on social and health topics, basic medical care as well as lounge areas and a simple cafeteria. Our heavily frequented operation is open six days a week. The location is at Berntorstrasse 10 in Solothurn.
