Your new tasks ### • Management of the directly subordinate living consultants • Management of the kitchen studio • Presence on the sales floor to work actively with the employees as well as the customers • Ongoing feedback discussions, training, and coaching with your employees • Showroom planning according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team • Creating frequency-oriented employee scheduling • Further development of the showroom area for which you are responsible with the help of internal analyses and ongoing exchange with the branch management and the buyers • Responsibility for goal achievement in the showroom area for which you are responsible along defined KPI's What you bring with you ### • Completed vocational training • Solid experience in retail • Assortment and product knowledge in the areas of interior design, furniture, and room design • Leadership experience in a retail environment • Flair for beautiful living • Further training in the retail sector What we offer you ### 20% on the entire pfister assortment & discounts within the XXXLutz-Gruppe Combinable with other promotions We support your further training Financially or through flexible working hours Flexible working time models Working 100% in 4.5 days?
