Clinical Project Manager

The [Swiss Cancer Institute](< >) is the national network for clinical cancer research in Switzerland. Since 1965, as a non-profit organization, we have been committed to improving cancer treatment for the Swiss population. In accordance with our vision <<Clinical research for a cure tomorrow>>, we conduct clinical trials in oncology and are a central contact point for authorities, professional associations, and the pharmaceutical industry. Around 70 employees at the competence center in Bern work closely with all leading oncological clinics in the country. To complement our team, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and independent personality as a Clinical Project Manager, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: * Responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of national and international studies in the field of oncology (Phase I-III) * Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and close cooperation with study centers, clinical research organizations, authorities, partner companies, and internal specialist departments * Creation, updating, and management of study-relevant documentation * Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP) * Responsibility for budget planning and control as well as time management of the study projects. What you bring: * Biological and/or clinical-scientific education or experience as a nursing professional/Study Nurse * Several years of experience in project management of clinical trials, ideally in the field of oncology * Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP) * Expertise in managing budgets and schedules for clinical trials * Strong organizational skills, high level of personal responsibility, and team orientation * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills as well as the ability to promote a cooperative team environment * High adaptability and problem-solving competence * Good German and English skills in speaking and writing, French or Italian is an advantage.
