For the IT department of the Fondation Bühl, we are looking from 1 November or by agreement for one System Technician / System Technician 80-100% Your tasks • Support, planning and implementation of On-Prem, Cloud as well as hybrid infrastructures • Planning, design and implementation of exciting projects • Autonomous operation of different, sometimes complex, environments and carrying out maintenance work • Support for the continuous development of the system architecture (e.g.: VMware & M365) • Writing of concepts, technical specifications and documentations (e.g.: security concepts for backup infrastructures) • Automation and development of various tasks and processes • Support for support Your qualifications • Completed IT training (EFZ/HF/FH) • Several years of practical experience as a Windows system engineer • In-depth experience in the implementation and operation of system environments • Very good knowledge of Microsoft clients and Windows Server 2022 / 2025, M365 Cloud (Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online), Veeam, VMWare and basic network knowledge (Cisco) • Good expertise in the following technologies is a plus: Citrix Desktop (XenApp etc.), Firewall (Watchguard) • Passion for new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications • Team spirit and good communication skills • Fluent German and good knowledge of English What we offer you • Meaningful, autonomous and varied activity in a competent team and a professional environment • Open, humorous and collegial team culture • Internal training offer with the Académie Bühl, generous participation in external training • Progressive pension fund solution with an employer share of 60% • Good accessibility by public transport as well as parking spaces within walking distance Have we aroused your interest?
