Your tasks:

• You advise our customers competently and with enthusiasm regarding cars, camping, and leisure and find exactly what suits their needs
• You sell products from our versatile range of over 13,000 items in the online shop and retail store – from cleaning and care to car and camping accessories, as well as rims, tires, 2-wheel accessories, tools, and machines
• You advise our customers on questions regarding camping accessories and help them find the right products for being on the go
• You answer product questions and find the right solution even for special requests
• You ensure that our customers feel well-advised and also handle their concerns professionally and in a solution-oriented manner in the event of complaints
• You keep your sales targets in view and push hard together with your team
• You stay up to date with new products and trends and ensure an appealing presentation in the retail store
• You maintain an overview at the cash desk and process payments reliably
