Head of Implementation ---------------------- For the exciting large-scale project Dock A at the airport in Zürich, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented personality as Head of Implementation / Chief Site Manager 80 - 100%. As part of the planning community consisting of BIG and IB, you will actively participate in the planning and implementation of the complex new building Dock A at Flughafen Zürich -- a unique large-scale project that runs over a decade and requires individual and innovative solutions. As a certified Site Manager with construction management experience in Switzerland, you will independently develop performance descriptions, manage the tendering and awarding process, and lead the implementation of the work on the construction site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the Project Managers, you will optimize the construction process, create the schedule, and monitor costs and compliance with contractual conditions. Your profile: • Training and experience as a Site Manager, Structural Engineer, or Architect • Sound experience as a Head of Implementation according to SIA in Switzerland • Joy in working and willingness to achieve above-average performance • Good communication skills and assertiveness • Independent, careful, and proactive way of working with an eye for the essentials • Very good IT skills in industry-standard tools • Good German and English skills Applications by email please with reference J5D3Z3 in the subject line.
