CNC Setting Mechanic (M/F)

Your mission:

• Setting and setup: Setting, equipping and preparing numerical control machine tools (milling, turning, Swiss-type turning) according to setting sheets and manufacturing orders.
• Reading plans: Autonomous interpretation of manufacturing plans, technical data sheets and high-precision geometric dimensioning.
• Machining and production monitoring: Launching series, adjusting cutting parameters and correcting tool gauging to ensure optimal production.
• Quality control: Rigorous self-control of produced parts using conventional and optical measuring instruments, guaranteeing strict compliance with applicable tolerances.
• First-level maintenance: Routine maintenance of equipment, cleaning of workstations and reporting of technical malfunctions.

Your profile:

• Training: You hold a CFC in Precision Mechanic, Polymécanicien, Microtechnician or an equivalent title.
• Experience: You have proven successful experience of a minimum of 2 years in a similar position in industry (knowledge of the Swiss industrial fabric is a real asset).
• Technical skills: You are autonomous in reading plans, master the handling of control instruments and possess good notions of common programming languages.
• Soft skills: Analytical spirit, meticulousness, rigor and the ability to integrate quickly into a team.
