The Service de la petite enfance works every day in favor of the well-being and development of children from 0 to 4 years old. Within the crèche VéloRouge, which welcomes 32 children in multi-age groups, we place discovery, fulfillment, and respect for the child's rhythm at the heart of our support.
As part of a maternity leave replacement, the Service de la petite enfance is looking for an:
Early Childhood Educator (M/F)
Fixed-term position (CDD) at 80% (off on Fridays) - Class 11
Mission:
Ensure responsibility for the daily reception and supervision of children;
Ensure the physical and emotional security of children while accompanying them in the rules of living in a community;
Participate in the child's development by proposing varied activities;
Personalize the reception of families and support the parental function;
Observe and take charge of children encountering temporary or specific difficulties, in connection with parents and networks;
Participate in team meetings every fortnight at the end of the day or in the evening; Initiate various projects and ensure their design and implementation;
Contribute to the arrangement of a warm and familial living space;
Participate in the organization of institutional and/or service celebrations;
Organize outings throughout the year.
Your profile:
You hold a recognized Early Childhood Educator diploma;
You are creative, a bearer of activity ideas leading the child to multiple discoveries;
You have a pronounced taste for pedagogical projects related to nature;
You possess good skills in writing reports, minutes, and frameworks for interviews with families;
You are dynamic and motivated to work for a communal service;
You are ready to invest yourself in a living space designed for multi-age reception and to develop a new way of working within a multidisciplinary team;
You adhere to our values of respect for the individual rhythm of the child, support for parenting, and dialogue.
