An essential link in the health chain, Steriparc offers innovative, optimized sterilization services adapted to the needs of healthcare establishments. We take charge of the sterilization of reusable surgical instruments for the operating theaters of public, semi-public, and private establishments in French-speaking Switzerland. Thanks to the expertise of our teams, we ensure reliability, safety, and compliance at every step of the reprocessing of medical devices. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced person to hold the position of Team Leader (m/f). The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a production environment, preferably in sterilization or in a similar sector (pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, etc.)
What will your mission be:
Ensure close operational supervision of sterilization agents in order to ensure the return of medical devices to the departments
Supervise and coordinate the operations of the production teams in order to ensure the sterilization of equipment in compliance with quality and safety standards, and the prescribed deadlines
Guarantee the smooth running of processes, team management, and compliance with technical and regulatory procedures related to sterilization
Participate in the maintenance of sterilization equipment and ensure the management of the safety of the team and the working environment
What we expect from you:
Holder of the Technical Assistant in sterilization level 2 diploma; STE 1 with experience or CFC of TDM
Knowledge in team management and leadership
Strong ability to take initiative to solve problems and improve production processes
