This role is open to candidates having either an AI/Analytics profile, or a Data Engineering/Data Platforms profile, with a preference. During the interview process, we will determine your belonging to one of these specialized sub-teams. We also welcome applications from interns with limited professional experience, provided they are available for full-time work (not returning to studies). After 4-6 months in an intern role, we will reassess availability for a Business Analyst position. For this position, we are currently offering start dates from February 2026. How you can make a difference • Design and implement data strategies and modern data solutions - including data management, platforms, and AI use cases - enabling clients to achieve their business goals in terms of compliance, cost reduction, and revenue increase. • Bring architectural, technical, and organizational expertise to lead complex data and analytics transformations with significant organizational impacts. • Drive data & AI use cases from design to production. • Build trusting relationships with clients through project management and business development, and expand your network internally and externally. • Support business development opportunities to generate new projects. • Be a role model for your colleagues through a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and technical expertise. • Continuously broaden your cross-sector knowledge and share insights with your colleagues. Consulting and communication skills: • Solid Microsoft PowerPoint skills: ability to design and create impactful presentations. • Strong conceptual ability: aptitude to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs and to simplify complex problems. • Business-IT Translator: ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. • Attention to detail and ability to communicate technical specificities clearly in writing and orally. Technical expertise: • Initial practical experience in data management, data platforms, or AI & Analytics solutions strongly recommended. • Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and associated services, is a plus. • Knowledge of data platform tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus. • A solid background in engineering or mathematics is advantageous. Language skills: • Proficiency in English and German to facilitate communication with various teams and stakeholders. Sector experience: • Initial relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or sector-specific roles, particularly in AI & data-driven fields. • Previous experience in banking, insurance, life sciences, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
