For a renowned international consulting firm, we are looking for an experienced personality in the area of Finance Transformation, who leads demanding transformation projects, advises customers strategically, and actively helps shape the further development of the business. Area of responsibility • Leadership of demanding finance transformation projects • Development and implementation of modern target operating models in the finance sector • Analysis and optimization of finance processes such as: • Purchase-to-Pay • Order-to-Cash • Record-to-Report • Month-End Closing • Consulting of CFOs and finance management on organizational and technological changes • Evaluation and introduction of modern finance technologies and digital solutions (including AI) • Control of interdisciplinary transformation programs • Expansion of existing customer relationships as well as active participation in acquiring new mandates • Leadership and coaching of project teams Ideal profile • 7–10 years of experience in the area of Finance Transformation or Management Consulting • In-depth experience with finance operating models, process optimizations, and organizational development • Practical experience with Shared Service Center, outsourcing, or governance projects • Good knowledge of finance systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workiva, or comparable solutions • Interest in digital innovations and Artificial Intelligence in the finance sector • Proven experience in business development and customer acquisition • Distinctive consulting, communication, and leadership skills • Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage Goodies • Demanding national and international transformation projects • Direct exchange with CFOs and decision-makers • High degree of autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom • Modern working methods and flexible working models • Attractive development and career opportunities • Collaboration with an experienced, interdisciplinary team Interested?
