Your tasks at your new employer

• You ensure the administrative management of human resources and follow employee files from their entry to their departure
• You support and advise management as well as employees on various HR questions
• You manage salaries and social insurances with rigor, precision, and within the deadlines
• You structure and implement HR processes adapted to the needs of the company
• You contribute to team development, resource planning, and the support of employees

You offer your new employer

• You have proven experience in HR, allowing you to manage your missions autonomously
• You hold a commercial diploma, ideally supplemented by training in human resources, such as a certificate or a federal diploma
• Your first language is French and you have knowledge of German allowing you to communicate with German-speaking employees
• You are comfortable with standard IT tools and demonstrate a good capacity for adaptation
• You are a proactive, rigorous person and wish to invest yourself sustainably within the company
