An experienced Floor Manager or Waiter (Permanent contract) Le Grand Hôtel du Cervin is looking for its new chef de rang / floor manager to join the team of La Brasserie du Cervin. Contract: 100% CDI, with 2 days off per week and possibility of accommodation Do you have a sense of initiative, are you smiling, warm and do you wish to join an ambitious team? La Brasserie du Cervin is the perfect setting to evolve your skills in a spectacular environment. You will work at the heart of a dynamic Youth Hostel in a historic building, in the middle of the Swiss Alps and with a view of the highest peaks. The seasons are busy at La Brasserie du Cervin: themed evenings, special events, banquets and groups, all while maintaining the local reference title for Rösti. From breakfast to dinner, including brunch and terrace snacking, our winter menu will have you dancing between hotel guests and restaurant customers passing through. Your advantages?
