We are strengthening our team of experts and are looking for a passionate Principal Architect to drive transformation within major Swiss organizations, based either in our Lausanne office or in Geneva, according to your choice.

Your mission: ###

• Lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams (developers, designers, business analysts, partners)
• Manage all phases of the project, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Supervise, coach, and guide the delivery team (including third parties) throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay informed about technological and market trends and promote innovation
• Communicate important decisions and trends, playing the role of evangelist
• Support our clients in their digital transformation, from defining their digital strategy to redesigning business processes, including the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions
• Foster innovation, both internally and with our clients, and promote the use of AI in projects
• Contribute to business development opportunities, sales, and client relationship management
• At least 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy
• A Master's from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, from management to operational teams
• Expertise in balancing strategic and tactical requirements
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe or HERMES certifications are highly appreciated
• A strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies
• Proficiency in French and English (minimum level C1); German is a plus
