Our setting is a specialty throughout Switzerland: Through the close cooperation with the somatic departments of the Universitätsspital Zürich, it is possible for us to admit patients with eating disorders who cannot be cared for in other psychosomatic and psychiatric clinics due to their physical condition. The interdisciplinary team places value on an individual, comprehensive, and autonomy-preserving therapy, treatment, and nursing care. In inpatient settings and in the day clinic, we place great importance on discussing and implementing goals, needs, and requirements for a positive therapeutic course in personal conversations. • are specialized in the accompaniment, care, and support of people with anorexia, bulimia, and atypical eating disorders
• orient ourselves based on the relationship-based nursing concept and the individual therapy plan
• are involved in the therapeutic setting such as group therapies, individual conversations, eating accompaniment, and exposure training
• perceive, ask questions, provide feedback, and persevere with the patients
• work closely together in a team and operate interdisciplinary at eye level
• treat each other with interest and appreciation
• train HF students and are always learning ourselves
• will introduce you carefully and thoroughly to the specialty and the daily routine of the department

• have completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• bring experience in the field of psychiatry and curiosity regarding the topic of eating disorders
• enjoy working with people and can engage professionally in relationship processes
• think in networks, enjoy working independently, and enjoy interdisciplinary exchange
• want to adhere to the clear structures of a psychotherapy ward and yet be flexible with individual agreements
• want to work on weekdays in 3-shift operation (starting early shift at 7:45 am) and on weekends in 12-hour shifts in order to have more days off on Saturday and Sunday
• are open to new things and want to go along, support, and help shape things
