In order to support our growth and the development of our activities, we are continuing to strengthen our teams and are currently looking for within our finishing workshop: Operator - Washing Workshop Your mission: Within our washing workshop, you will ensure the cleaning of watchmaking and jewelry components throughout the manufacturing process. Thanks to your rigor and sense of organization, you will take charge of collecting components from the different workshops, their preparation, the selection of suitable washing programs, as well as machine, manual, and ultrasonic bath washing operations. You will ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules, traceability requirements, and quality standards in order to guarantee the conformity of the pieces. Main tasks: • Collect components from the different workshops and ensure their preparation before washing. • Perform mise en bouclard as well as manual, automatic, and ultrasonic bath washing operations. • Carry out preparation operations and passage through galvanic baths. • Select suitable washing programs based on the components and processes. • Ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules, and the traceability of operations. • Manage the storage and handling of products in accordance with current instructions. • Participate in the routine maintenance of equipment related to the activity and keep your workstation clean and organized. Profile sought: • Experience in surface treatment, industrial washing, or an environment using chemical products is an asset. • Good mastery of using the binocular and tweezers. • Good manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity. • Sense of organization and ability to apply procedures with rigor. • Reliability, method, and sense of responsibility. • Team spirit, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. • Patience, flexibility, and a desire to invest long-term within a demanding industrial environment.
