For our team in Basel or Zürich, we are looking for reinforcement in the field of Project Development and Client Representation (m/f/d), 80-100% Working in a team, you will handle demanding and diverse tasks during project development and further along the planning and construction process. Your main tasks include: Organization and implementation of competition and planner selection procedures. Development of real estate strategies and concepts. Site evaluations and feasibility studies. Client representation in development, construction, and renovation projects. Process design and project control regarding costs, schedules, and qualities. Preparation of planner, TU, and works contracts What you bring with you: Architecture studies ETH/FH and several years of professional experience in planning and project design, ideally also in the accompaniment of competition procedures. Strategic, analytical, holistic and interdisciplinary way of thinking. Enjoyment of concept and idea development and of independent processing. Independent working style and ability to work in a team. Confident and respectful appearance towards clients, authorities and external partners. Curiosity, willingness to perform and to learn.
