Insurance Administrator

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Damage settlement including coordination between customers & insurance companies
• Control of insurance contracts and premium invoices
• Writing and comparing insurance for private and business customers.
• Customer support in cooperation with the project manager or independent customer support
• Identifying consulting needs and coordinating with the project manager
• Further development, improvement and coordination of internal processes
• Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive financial, tax and insurance-related information of our customers

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Completion of VBV insurance broker or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in a similar position, preferably in the insurance or financial sector
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Distinct organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Reliability, discretion and trustworthiness
