Mission
Driving railway vehicles within the framework
of the authorizations held
Preparation and control of vehicles before their
movement
Performing shunting and traffic movements
Coupling, uncoupling and braking operations
Compliance with Train Traffic Regulations (PCT),
safety instructions and internal procedures
Work on standard gauge and narrow gauge, according to authorizations
Control and reporting of any anomalies concerning
the vehicles or the infrastructure
Collaboration with the operations, maintenance
and construction teams
You
Are a holder of a valid FOT permit for driving motor vehicles,
category B/B100
Have at least 3 years of experience in the railway field
in Switzerland
Have experience or authorization on standard gauge
and narrow gauge
Have good knowledge of the railway vehicles used,
the PCT and railway safety rules
Have a sense of responsibility, rigor, good team spirit
and are reliable and autonomous
Have a good capacity for concentration and vigilance
Are available for irregular hours, including nights,
weekends and public holidays
