Senior UX Designer / Research / User Testing / Figma/ Design Systems / 30%/ ZH Project: As a UX Designer, you design digital products along the entire user journey and ensure a consistent, intuitive, and user-centered experience across web and mobile channels. You work closely with Business, Product Management, and Development and are responsible for the conception, design, and validation of digital solutions. Tasks: • Conducting UX Research (e.g., interviews, user tests, analyses) • Conception and design of user journeys, flows, and interfaces • Development of wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs • Validation of concepts through testing and user feedback • Close cooperation with stakeholders from Business and IT • Ensuring the consistent application of design systems and UI guidelines • Accompanying implementation until the final production launch Requirements: • Several years of experience (approx. 5+ years) in UX Design or Product Design • Very good knowledge of the entire UX process (Research, Ideation, Prototyping, Testing, Delivery) • Experience in designing digital products (Web & Mobile) • Confident handling of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) • Experience with design systems and UI guidelines is an advantage • Experience in complex or regulated environments (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Enterprise) is an advantage • Strong user and product understanding • Structured, analytical, and creative way of working • Strong communication skills when dealing with stakeholders • High quality standards and attention to detail Languages: • German: C2 • English: nice to have Reference no: 924874MH Job: Senior UX Designer (m/f/d) Region: Zürich and region Utilization: 30 % (Hybrid only within Switzerland) Start: 01.07.2026 End date: 31.05.2027 Application deadline: 17.06.2026 Should this position have piqued your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
