For our customer, we are looking for a committed personality for production technology in a technically demanding and regulated environment. You will form an important interface between production, development, and quality and take responsibility for production processes, industrialization projects, as well as continuous improvement.

Tasks ###

• Creation and maintenance of work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing documents
• Support and optimization of existing production processes
• Collaboration on CIP and industrialization projects as well as in the procurement of new production equipment
• Technical representation of production in various projects
• Planning and coordination of the requirement for operating resources, tools, and testing equipment
• Coordination of timely procurement for internal production projects
• Processing of complaints and deviations as well as implementation of corrective measures
• Support of the production management with work and maintenance instructions, training, and audits
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and development

Requirements ###

• Completed basic mechanical training, ideally as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• Further training as a production technician or production engineer
• Experience in CNC or precision manufacturing
• Interest in production processes and continuous improvement
• Technical understanding and analytical thinking
• Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team player and communicative personality
