Requirements Training as a Plant and Apparatus Builder EFZ, Metalworker, Locksmith, Construction Mechanic or comparable Several years of practical experience an advantage Independent working according to plan Manual and technical understanding Physically resilient Reliable and precise way of working Driver's license Cat. B, especially for assembly assignments an advantage German language skills for work instructions and safety regulations Willingness to travel and for assembly, as the company operates throughout Switzerland Tasks Assembly and setup of machines, plants and apparatus Assembly of components according to technical drawings Processing of steel, stainless steel and aluminium Cutting, drilling, grinding, bending and straightening Welding work MAG/MIG/TIG depending on the company Assembly of pipelines, containers and constructions Dismantling and conversion of existing plants Maintenance, repair and servicing work Assembly directly at the customer or on construction sites Quality and dimensional controls Knowledge Able to read technical drawings and assembly plans confidently Good knowledge of metalworking Welding knowledge, ideally with valid welding certifications Handling angle grinders, drilling machines, band saws etc. Knowledge of various materials and material properties Measuring with vernier calipers, squares, measuring tapes etc. Knowledge in mechanical and plant engineering Understanding of mechanical constructions Experience with assembly and connection techniques Occupational safety and PPE Location Central Switzerland
