The Michel Gruppe AG includes the psychiatric facility Privatklinik Meiringen, the Rehaklinik Hasliberg and the Stiftung Helsenberg with three residential homes and various workplaces, as well as the Wäscherei Haslital and Kindertagesstätte Haslital, as well as services and services in other areas. The hospitality team ensures the well-being of patients and employees in the areas of housekeeping and gastronomy of the various institutions.

Your tasks

• Preparation, assembly and processing of meals for patients, employees and guests
• Preparation of prescribed special food and individual dietary forms
• Supervision and attractive presentation of our buffets and catering offers
• Ensuring our quality and hygiene standards
• Collaboration in goods management and economical use of resources
• Active cooperation in the kitchen and hospitality team as well as with other specialist departments
• Thinking ahead, taking initiative and helping to shape our offers and processes

Our expectations

• Training as Cook EFZ
• Experience in the healthcare sector or in communal catering is an advantage
• Knowledge of dietetics and special nutrition is an advantage or interest in developing further in this area
