The Waschwerk in Münchenstein is our in-house laundry. The focus is on the reliable and professional processing of our internal laundry orders for work clothing, the internal residential houses, and gastronomy. Occasionally, we also process orders from external customers.

Your tasks:
-As an operational employee, you take responsibility for the entire laundry process and ensure a smooth workflow. You actively participate in daily business, organize the tasks arising, and take over the practical guidance of people with mental impairments, whom you support during the various work steps.

In addition to your activity in the Waschwerk, you support the cleaning team with cleaning work in the areas of office, maintenance, and sanitary facilities.

• Responsibility for and execution of the entire laundry process
• Professional sorting and washing of the laundry
• Smoothing, folding, and careful preparation of the laundry
• Preparing and providing the laundry for logistics
• Ensuring an efficient and qualitatively flawless workflow
• Practical guidance and accompaniment of people with mental impairments during the various work steps
• Support with cleaning work in the areas of office, maintenance, and sanitary facilities
• Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness, and careful handling of working materials and equipment

What distinguishes you:

• Experience in the field of laundry, cleaning, housekeeping, or a comparable practical field of activity is an advantage
• A careful and reliable way of working
