Construction Manager Horticulture

Area of responsibility • Planning and organizing construction sites incl. personnel deployment planning & Avor • Implementing plans & ensuring proper execution • Monitoring work progress and carrying out quality controls • Contact person for customers, suppliers and employees • Advising customers, calculating and creating offers as well as supporting acquisition • Managing documentation, checking invoices, carrying out post-calculation • Driving innovations and optimizing processes Your profile • Completed apprenticeship as a landscape gardener EFZ with several years of professional experience and further training as a construction manager in garden and landscape construction, technician - HF horticulture, foreman / polier horticulture or similar • Several years of experience in a similar function • Leadership qualities (such as good organizational skills, economic action, decision-making ability, assuming a role model function etc.) • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness • Enjoyment of team work and good communication skills • Driver's license category B (trailer license an advantage)
