Architect

At KMP, we unite architecture, planning, and realization under one roof. Together, we carry the responsibility from the first sketch to the handover of the keys and successfully implement real estate projects. In our company with around 70 employees, team spirit, commitment, reliability – and your progress count.

As an architect, you design your projects independently and accompany them design-wise through to realization. You contribute your own ideas, clarify building law and technical questions, and work closely with authorities, specialist planners, as well as our project and construction management.

Your tasks

• You independently design projects and prepare building permit applications
• You clarify building law, constructive, and technical questions
• You are in exchange with clients, authorities, and specialist planners
• You independently manage the permit processes
• You accompany the execution of your projects design-wise

Your profile

• You have training as an architect ETH or FH
• You enjoy design and have a good sense for aesthetics
• You bring professional experience in the design of projects in Switzerland
• You are a creative and communicative personality
• You have business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• You master ArchiCAD securely and routinely
