In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Foreman / Team Leader (M/F) As a foreman, you are the guarantor of the smooth running of your construction sites, from their preparation to their acceptance. You ensure the coordination of teams and ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, and deadline objectives. Your main responsibilities are as follows: • Manage, organize, and coordinate structural work, transformation, and renovation construction sites. • Supervise and coordinate teams on the ground as well as subcontractors. • Ensure compliance with plans, technical standards, quality requirements, and set deadlines. • Ensure the financial monitoring of the construction sites entrusted to you (cost control, budget monitoring, and measurements). • Organize supplies and manage material orders in collaboration with the office. • Participate in site meetings and ensure effective communication with project owners, architects, and engineers. • Guarantee the application of safety, occupational health, and environmental protection rules. • Ensure the administrative management of construction sites: daily reports, time tracking, checking delivery notes, material management, and preparation of measurements. Your profile • You benefit from confirmed experience as a foreman, team leader, or site manager in the field of construction. • Holder of a federal certificate of construction foreman or an equivalent training. • You are autonomous, organized, and capable of managing several construction sites simultaneously. • You demonstrate an excellent sense of responsibility and know how to make decisions on the ground. • You are recognized for your leadership qualities and your ability to unite teams. • You hold a category B driver's license. • You possess good physical condition and enjoy field work.
