For a traditional and well-established fiduciary company in the Zug area, we are looking for an experienced fiduciary expert Your tasks Holistic support of SMEs and international mandates Overall responsibility and mandate management Finance and accounting Preparation of VAT returns including VAT reconciliations Preparation of interim and annual financial statements including budgeting and liquidity planning as well as business evaluations Payroll accounting and social security law clarification/consulting Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons Tax planning / tax consulting accompanied by tax experts Company formations and conversions Succession planning and restructuring Settlement of natural and legal persons via our international network incl. fiscal representation with cross-border matters Support of national and cross-border strategic planning Conducting limited audits (optional) Our requirements Completed further training as an eidg. Dipl.
