Social Worker* Case Management (50-60%)

With around 40 employees, Akzent is one of the larger Swiss organisations in the field of addiction prevention and treatment. The addiction therapy department offers a total of 25 in-patient therapy places for adults with addiction problems. We are looking for a social worker* in case management (50-60%) as of 1 September 2026 or by agreement for Haus Lehn (Kriens, Obernau) and Haus Ausserhofmatt (Malters). Your tasks • You will lead and coordinate the therapy process within the framework of social-therapeutic case management (SCM) from the clients' entry to the conclusion of the case. • You will conduct counselling interviews and design individual support. • You will accompany clients with administrative and social insurance-related matters. • You will jointly plan job integration with internal job coaching. • You will clarify benefit claims from social insurance and apply for cost exemptions. • You will inform external agencies and cost bearers about the course of treatment. Your profile • You have a degree in social work and knowledge of social insurance law. • You ideally have experience in the addiction sector and/or in the in-patient sector. • You are empathetic and competent in shaping relationships. • You work independently, in a structured, reliable, and efficient manner. • You have MS365 user skills and a category B driver's license.
