It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes global IT concepts, and ensures a set of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities. Your missions As an IAM manager, you structure and steer the governance of identities, authorizations, and access within the IT department. You manage IAM projects and their deployment through the various State services and our other clients, while ensuring compliance with the service offering. In addition, you contribute to the supervision of access reviews, as well as to the associated audits, controls, and remediation plans. Guarantor of consistency between business needs, security, and compliance, you ensure follow-up using dedicated indicators. Your profile Holder of higher education in information systems security, IT, digital risk management, or technical architecture, you have practical experience in project management and the deployment of an identity governance and administration (IGA) solution. Knowledge of the Netwrix Identity Manager solution is an asset for this position. Possessing a good analytical mind, excellent interpersonal skills, and ease in communication, you collaborate naturally with the different internal teams.
