To strengthen our kitchen team at Restaurant Schwanen, we are looking for a motivated and proactive personality as a Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Assistant (70–80%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Mise en Place: Careful preparation and provision of ingredients for daily service
• Cooking: Active assistance in the preparation and plating of hot and cold dishes
• Kitchen work: General support in daily kitchen routine and day-to-day business
• Hygiene & Cleaning: Thorough cleaning work in the kitchen as well as compliance with our quality and hygiene standards

Your profile:

• Physical resilience: You like to roll up your sleeves and keep a cool head even in hectic moments
• Way of working: You place great value on cleanliness, order, and hygiene
• Team spirit: You are reliable, helpful, and enjoy working in a team
• Experience: Professional experience in the kitchen – ideally in Asian cuisine – is an advantage
• Languages: Good German skills or Chinese for smooth communication within the team
