Your tasks • Carrying out general plastering and renovation work in conversions and on small construction sites • Carrying out guarantee and repair work • Coordinating construction sites and handling projects in new, conversion and dry construction as well as in the plastering trade under guidance • Creating calculations and invoices, managing the tender process and advising customers • Carrying out measurement, AVOR and general administrative work • Supporting the managing directors in the operational day-to-day business Your profile • Training as a plasterer-drywall builder or painter, with 3-5 years of professional experience in drywall construction and the plastering trade • Further training as a foreman plasterer-drywall builder, plasterer master, project manager for gypsum and insulation technology or FA, technical merchant with a federal FA (planned or still in training) • Versatile, motivated, willing to learn and customer-oriented personality with good imagination • Independent and precise way of working with organizational talent • German: stylistically secure Your perspectives You can expect a down-to-earth, well-rehearsed team where cohesion is truly lived and you can drive your projects forward independently.
