The practice in Bellach is small but fine: a manageable team, short distances, and patients whom you accompany throughout the entire treatment.

Variety is part of our daily routine. You treat in the practice and in the nursing home and make home visits as a Flying Physio. For therapy, a training area and the equipment for medical training therapy (MTT) are available to you. You can set up group therapies if that appeals to you.

With us, you get time for your patients as well as trust and space to develop yourself. To ensure that you enjoy your work and do it with conviction, we create the best framework conditions.

What we offer you:

• Time for every treatment. At least 30 minutes per treatment, whether in the practice or during a home visit. As a Flying Physio, you work in clearly structured hourly blocks with sufficient time for treatment, administration, and travel.
• Responsibility and relationship. Your patients stay with you. You bear the responsibility and can truly live your treatment methods and relationships.
• Support in everyday life. Own laptop, administrative support, and a team that has your back. Mistakes are allowed to happen; we find solutions together. 5 weeks of vacation and flexible working hours are standard with us. Once a month, you meet for one hour for a team meeting and professional exchange.
• Your working model, your choice. More vacation (up to 14 weeks), an additional contribution to your pension fund, or a classic employment model? You decide. You also help shape your salary development: once a year, you reflect on your performance, and we discuss your next steps together.
• You will become part of the exclusive Flying Physios

As a Flying Physio, you are top-equipped: a packed car and mobile phone await you. Nothing holds you back from taking off! You can also use our Flying-Flitzer privately.

• We move you forward. At 100% workload, up to 5 continuing education days per year and CHF 1'000 continuing education contribution. In the OMNIA network, we exchange ideas regularly. A change of location within Switzerland or a management function later? We are happy to support you with that.
