Deputy to the Head of Technical Services

to the head of technical services (with project function) Within the framework of the technical services management set up to think, carry out and develop urban and technical projects, we are looking for a deputy to the head of service.  Main function Lead, coordinate and develop the activities of the Domains and Buildings sectors (public building maintenance, construction, cadastre, energy, agriculture and forests) Carry out strategic and operational projects of the technical services (construction, renovation), from study to commissioning (public markets, calls for tenders, budget, technical and administrative monitoring...) Ensure personnel management and supervision Manage the administrative part of its sectors (budget, procedures, documentation, reports...)
