Your responsibility

• Counseling and support for children, adolescents, parents, school management, and teachers
• Intervention and prevention with classes and groups
• Rapid, targeted support for the school organization in crises/conflicts
• Internal team networking, counseling and support, and coordination with other specialist agencies and authorities
• Participation in school development, especially regarding questions of prevention and the further development of school social work

Your background

• Bachelor or University of Applied Sciences in Social Work (requirement) and CAS in school social work or in the field of counseling, prevention, crisis work desired
• Experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Personality with high social and self-competence and good communication skills
• High degree of self-organization and flexibility
• Humorous and committed
