In this key role, you are responsible for the successful implementation of various strategic initiatives in the life insurance business of Zurich Schweiz. You combine strategic thinking with consistent implementation, create transparency regarding progress and impact, and work closely with the Management Team as well as other experienced stakeholders and the Senior Leadership Team of Zurich in Switzerland. What awaits you * You are responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives in the Life area, from prioritization and planning to sustainable implementation. * You develop an overarching implementation roadmap, coordinate dependencies, and ensure the consistent tracking of the agreed measures. * You establish effective project governance and create transparency regarding progress, risks, and goal achievement. * You act as a strategic sparring partner for the Management Team and develop target-group-oriented decision-making bases for top management. * You manage cross-departmental stakeholders and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into measurable results and sustainably anchored.
