Plant Maintenance Operations Mechanic (a, 100%) Früh Verpackungstechnik AG is a successful industrial company based in Fehraltorf with around 700 employees. We are a leading contract packager and manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for medical technology and pharmaceutical products. To strengthen our team in Fehraltorf, we are looking for a: Plant Maintenance Operations Mechanic (a, 100%) Your activities with us: Execution of inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing work on machines and plants Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components including root cause analysis as well as definition of suitable measures for implementation Documentation of maintenance and troubleshooting in a GMP environment Internal contact person for PLC topics (retrofits, troubleshooting, conversions, improvements, and new plants) Support of the technical project managers on automation projects Commissioning of production plants as well as support during the requalification of existing plants Creation of maintenance and operating documentation (SOPs) for the plants Leading improvement projects on plants and processes within the technical department Supervision of external companies as well as cooperation with external service providers What you bring with you: Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic or automation technician Experience in the maintenance of production machines Experience in the programming of Siemens and Beckhoff PLCs Sound German language skills for reading, understanding, and applying work instructions Team-oriented personality that actively works together with colleagues to solve problems Reliable, concentrated, and independent way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility and resilience Willingness to work in 2-shift operation as well as to participate in the rotating on-call service Willingness to work in a cleanroom if required Experience in working in a regulated environment is an advantage Your future environment: An exciting company in a promising market environment, an independent task, a pleasant, collegial working atmosphere, and a modern workplace await you.
