Your mission Ensure the management and operational monitoring of construction sites Plan, coordinate and supervise the work while respecting deadlines, budgets and quality standards Lead internal teams and subcontractors on site Ensure safety, technical compliance and proper execution of works Be the privileged interlocutor of project managers, partners and clients on site Your profile Training in the field of construction (civil engineering, construction management or equivalent) Confirmed experience (minimum 2 years) as a Conducteur(trice) de travaux in Switzerland Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility Rigor, autonomy and ability to manage several construction sites simultaneously Good knowledge of the Swiss market, norms and local practices You are currently working as a Conducteur(trice) de travaux What we offer Varied and stimulating projects A demanding, structured and collaborative environment A human-sized company, in full growth Real opportunities for professional development Interested?
