You support them in living as self-determined as possible in their home. • Co-design of the care process - Together with the leading care specialist, you plan, coordinate and implement the necessary care measures and actively contribute to high-quality care. • Professional medical-technical services - You carry out medical-technical measures professionally, safely and according to current quality standards. • Independent work - You organize your deployments independently and keep an overview even in a varied working day. • Cooperation on an equal footing - You work closely with your team and other specialists and contribute to an open, appreciative and solution-oriented cooperation.
