• Professional support and consultation of our customers via telephone and e-mail in German and French or Italian
• Processing of inquiries, orders and complaints
• Ensuring smooth processes in daily business
• Close cooperation with internal departments
• Active contribution to a positive customer experience

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or experience in customer service
• Career changers with a high service orientation are also welcome
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Very good German and French skills or Italian skills
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
