Job description
We are looking for an assistant educator or co group leader immediately or by arrangement. What we offer you: - 5000.- CHF gross salary upon proof of 2 years of professional experience, otherwise 4700.- CHF gross excl. 50.- meal allowance - a concept with the focuses on forest and theater pedagogy - A young, motivated and collegial team, with a lot of fun at work and in working together - Many freedoms and the possibility to work independently - Two locations: Wollishofen Zürich and Glattpark Opfikon. What you should bring: - Completed pedagogical training - possibly further training as an instructor or the willingness to begin this further training upon starting the position - Willingness and ability to commit to the overall operation - Flexibility and resilience - motivated, reliable and open-minded - wind-, water-resistant and not too proud to get your hands dirty - Joy in communication (with children and colleagues) - Will to integrate into a team. Your tasks would be: - Leading the employees so that they are able to perform their function well, and carry out their work efficiently and satisfactorily. - Independent leading of the children's group according to the socio-pedagogical principles of the Kita. - Building a personal relationship with each individual child. - Recording the child's developmental stage and specifically promoting its development in the physical, mental and emotional areas. - Designing a flexible, varied group life. - Maintaining contact with parents, conducting parent meetings. - Thinking along and co-planning the entire Kita operation. - Guidance of the assigned employees (FaBe in training, intern). - Responsibility for room design and cleanliness. - Planning and coordination of the Kita daily routine.
