Senior maintenance technician

Missions: 1. Quality ensures compliance with hygiene standards in their activity, technical premises, and during interventions Ensures the management of production tools in compliance with safety and environmental rules. Ensures the compliant functioning of metal detectors/X-ray (CCP) according to the procedures in place Communicates the necessary information for the proper functioning of the technical team. 2. Maintenance and breakdown management Performs troubleshooting operations on production installations and annex buildings Performs preventive maintenance operations (preventive BT and permanent BT) Writing of technical intervention sheets (machine maintenance file) and inputting into the GMAO. Ensures the optimal and permanent functioning of all equipment. 3. Improvement and implementation of new equipment Implementation of more efficient devices to increase the yield and longevity of machines Participates in the design of technical improvements to machines to make them more reliable and optimize production costs. Ensures the implementation of all new equipment and its compliance in terms of quality Profile: Basic professional training as a polymechanic/automatician or deemed equivalent (CFC minimum) Good knowledge in electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and automation Experience between 5 and 10 years in a maintenance technician position
