Senior HVAC Project Manager – Genève / Lausanne

As part of your duties, you will notably be responsible for:

• Evaluating project needs and proposing technical solutions adapted to the defined constraints.
• Supervising the design and sizing of HVAC installations.
• Integrating objectives of comfort, energy performance, and ease of operation.
• Preparing technical documents and tender documents for contractors.
• Planning activities and ensuring monitoring of costs, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables.
• Coordinating teams and interfaces with other technical disciplines.
• Ensuring notably the coordination with building regulation and automation systems.
• Participating in the monitoring of works, testing, and the commissioning of installations.
• Supporting clients in their technical choices and decisions
• Higher education in climate engineering, energy engineering, building technology, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in HVAC and in technical project management.
• Significant experience in project management, ideally with a seniority level corresponding to approximately 20 years of professional experience.
• Experience in Switzerland is strongly appreciated; however, profiles with solid HVAC experience in other markets may also be considered.
• Good mastery of the design and operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.
• Ability to take charge of a project autonomously and to coordinate several interlocutors.
• Good mastery of project monitoring: planning, costs, quality, technical coordination, and interface management.
• Sense of organization, technical rigor, and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.
