For our medical device training project, we are looking for a committed person to support us in building traceable instruction and training documentation. You will work right in the intersection of medical technology, quality management, and regulation and, with your work, lay the foundation for a later digital solution. It is a temporary internship with workload by arrangement. The focus is on administrative, coordinative, and regulatory tasks - less on classic device technology. Tasks • Responsible for the foundational work regarding the mandatory instruction and training for medical devices • Obtaining current instructions for use (IFU) for all relevant device models from the manufacturers, checking for currency, and structured filing • Model-related clarification with manufacturers as to whether there is a mandatory instruction requirement, in what form the instruction must take place, and who is authorized to do so • Determining whether and at what intervals training in the safe handling of the respective device is required, as well as preparing the foundations for later training allocation • Supporting the project management with administrative and organizational tasks as well as traceable documentation of the results for later transfer into a digital solution and long-term archiving (home office up to 50% of the workload possible) Profile • Technical interest and an ongoing degree in a suitable direction (e.g., medical technology or a comparable technical field) • Enjoyment of documentation, data quality, and structured, careful work • Affinity for processes as well as regulatory and quality-relevant requirements • Good user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel • Independent, reliable way of working and good organizational skills • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders A matter of course for us ## Own daycare In Solothurn and Olten, we offer in-house daycares.
