Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of administration with customer contact
• Initial professional experience in the banking or insurance environment is an advantage
• Strong affinity for digital applications
• Very good German skills (level C2), good French skills are an advantage
• Joy in advising customers
