Area of responsibility:

• Technical and personnel leadership of the assembly team, including employee appraisals, target agreements, and performance reviews
• Organization and control of assembly orders, taking into account productivity, deadlines, and quality requirements
• Ensuring prescribed quality inspections as well as performing and monitoring first-part and ongoing production controls
• Planning of personnel capacities, working time models, holiday regulations, and internal deputy arrangements

Monitoring compliance with operational workflows, production guidelines, and defined process standards

• Ensuring the technical readiness of machines, systems, assembly tools, and fixtures through appropriate maintenance and servicing measures
• Coordination of production processes with adjacent manufacturing areas and supporting smooth cross-departmental cooperation
• Organization and control of the necessary maintenance work on the operational industrial vehicles

Desired Profile

• Several years of experience in leading employees within an industrial production or assembly environment
• Completed technical vocational training or demonstrable, comprehensive practical experience in comparable areas of activity
• Sound knowledge of industrial assembly techniques, particularly mechanical joining techniques such as riveting, bolting, inserting threaded inserts, and sealing

Confident handling of technical drawings, assembly documentation, and binding work instructions
Strong quality awareness as well as a precise and reliable way of working with demanding production requirements

• Good German skills for operational communication and implementation of technical specifications
• Independent, structured, and economically oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Resilient, team-oriented personality with high commitment and a strong sense of order
