Mission

• Proactive sales and advice
• Recognize, capture and transmit customer needs to the Department Manager, who is the direct supervisor
• Guarantee a good presentation of goods, ensure freshness and seasonality (shelves, 2nd point of sale, promotional location)
• Ensure that labeling complies with the labeling concept
• Carry out inventory according to the specifications
• Take note of complaints and transmit them accordingly
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (PAP)
• Effective collaboration with internal and external suppliers and with customers
• Regularly transmit information and acquired knowledge to employees
• "On the Job" training for employees and apprentices

Required skills and qualities

• Completed training in the food sector, with solid knowledge of fruits and vegetables
• Experience in a comparable function and good command of the merchandise
• First successful experience as a team leader
• Taste for contact with customers
• Training in handling the forklift and/or the pallet jack (SUVA standard) appreciated
• Availability to work on Saturdays and to take your position from 6 a.m.
• Good command of MS Office
• Excellent command of French
