Deputy Shift Leader in Shift Operation (24/7)

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Deputy Shift Leader (m/f/d) in shift operation (24/7) for an internationally active industrial company in the Aargau region. We are looking for a committed personality with experience in production or shift operation, who is characterized by teamwork, sense of responsibility, and independent work. Your tasks Operating and controlling spray drying plants and reactors using process control systems - Deputy shift leader; Coordination of the shift with around 5 employees and responsible for achieving safety, productivity and quality goals • Preparing mixtures and solutions, carrying out quality controls and packaging of finished products • Independent analysis of plant faults as well as assistance in developing improvement suggestions • Creating operating instructions, training documents and plans as well as participation in technical project groups • Cleaning of plants and participation in revision work • Further development of employees and active promotion of team behavior Qualifications Completed technical vocational training in the production or industrial sector - Initial leadership experience in an environment with complex systems • Experience in handling hazardous materials as well as working for a company in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food or consumer goods industry • Very good technical understanding • Pronounced team orientation, ambitious personality with development potential • Reliability and sense of responsibility • Stress-resistant and physically resilient • Willingness to work shifts • Very good MS Office user skills • Very good German language skills in word and writing If you are interested, we look forward to your contact.
