What is my function?
Technical and personnel leadership of the Sales Engineering and Product Management teams
Ensuring efficient and scalable quotation and sales processes
Overall responsibility for the analysis and implementation of customer inquiries up to the order
Ensuring quotation quality with regard to competitiveness and profitability
Active support of the field sales force
Further development and harmonization of sales processes and systems
Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs

What do I need to be successful?
Basic technical training with further training in technology, business administration or sales (HF/FH/Uni)
Several years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering in a B2B environment
Leadership experience and enjoyment in the further development of teams
Experience in process optimization and in dealing with CRM systems
Entrepreneurial, process-oriented mindset with high customer orientation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Very good German and English skills
