Export Specialist As an Export Specialist, you are the central interface for our international goods flows and ensure that our shipments are processed smoothly, on time, and in compliance with regulations worldwide. In doing so, you combine expertise in export with coordination, consulting, and the continuous further development of our processes. What you will do You organize and coordinate national as well as international goods and document shipments and ensure compliance with all customs, export, and foreign trade regulations. You create, check, and manage export, customs, and shipping documents (e.g., certificates of origin, Carnet ATA, material certificates) and ensure their correct transmission. You monitor transports, coordinate cooperation with freight forwarders, authorities, and internal specialist departments, and guarantee timely delivery. You support import processes, process freight invoices, maintain master data and freight forwarders in the ERP system, and coordinate holiday planning. You support the organization and processing of dangerous goods shipments and ensure correct documentation and labeling according to the applicable regulations. You are the contact person for internal and external stakeholders regarding questions on export, customs, and foreign trade and conduct training on export processes as well as SAP GTS and SAP EWM. You actively participate in the optimization and further development of our export processes, work instructions, and system solutions. Who you are You have completed commercial training and ideally have completed further training in the field of export, foreign trade, customs, or logistics. You already bring several years of experience in international export processing and want to further deepen your know-how. You are familiar with SAP; experience with SAP GTS and SAP EWM is an advantage. You work confidently with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and international contact persons. Knowledge in the field of dangerous goods is a plus. You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and English - both orally and in writing. You work independently, in a structured and careful manner, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
